Allergy Information
Many of our products contain peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, cashews,or nut oils. All of our products are made using equipment that has come in contact with nuts and may contain peanut or other nut traces. All of our truffles are made with heavy cream and butter. Most of our cookies are made with eggs and butter and some of our cookies are made with cream or milk. Many of our products contain chocolate.
Care and Handling
Our products are made with all natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives. Therefore, they should be stored in a re-sealable plastic bag or in an airtight container (our cookie tins work great) to maintain their freshness. Our truffles, chocolates, and candy will remain fresh for six weeks and our cookies will remain fresh for 4 weeks if stored properly. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing our truffles, chocolates, or candy, however, many of our cookies can be stored in the freezer for approximately six months and then defrosted to room temperature. Of course, our confections are the best when eaten fresh. Our truffles, chocolates, and cookies containing chocolate chips should always be kept below 73°F.
Warm Weather Shipping
Since many of our products don't handle the heat well, during the summer months and when shipping to warmer climates all of our truffles and chocolates are shipped in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. We may require that you use next day shipping during the warm weather and when shipping to warmer climates to insure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
